CocoaCraft Mod

Milk! Cocoa! Coffee!
Have you ever thought about why Cocoa beans are used only for crafting cookies and coloring wool? Have you ever wanted to grow more food? Have you missed cocoa in Minecraft? Then this mod is just for you!

CocoaCraft Mod

This simple mod adds cocoa trees, which you can find in forests or jungles. You can harvest them to obtain cocoa beans and cocoa tree saplings. Then you can grow your own trees! But why? This mod also adds possibility to craft mugs and drink milk and cocoa!

You can also find coffee plants. You can obtain coffee seeds from them. These seeds can then be smelted to obtain roasted seeds. Then just pour water into mugs, add coffee seeds and enjoy your fresh coffee! You can even plant the seeds(they must be next to the water on tilled field. Once planted, you can walk across them as you want, you won’t trample them). Coffee plants can be found in forests, jungles and on plains.

Milk – restores 1,5 hunger
Cocoa – restores 2 hunger
Water – nothing
Coffee – swiftness for 60 secs, restores 0,5 hunger

Block and item ID’s and rarity of cocoa trees and coffee plants are now changeable via config file located in .minecraft/config/mod_cocoa. Warning: If you change ID’s of blocks (or items) you already have in your world, the blocks in your world will be replaced/deleted. There is no way to prevent this, so change ID’s with caution!

How to install CocoaCraft Mod:
Download and install Minecraft Forge
Download CocoaCraft Mod
Put CocoaCraft Mod zip file into your /.minecraft/mods folder. Do not unzip it.
If the folder mods is not there, launch Minecraft after installation of Forge once and it should create the folder.

Changelogs:
v1.63
Cocoa saplings now don’t grow instantly when you use bonemeal on them, instead they react as other saplings(green particles and have certain chance of growing)

Millenaire Mod

Millénaire is a single-player Minecraft mods for Minecraft. It aims to fill the “emptyness” of single-player worlds by adding NPC villages to it, with loose 11th-century Norman, North Indian and Mayans themes and additional cultures planned.

Millenaire Mod

Villages are populated with men, women and children of various kinds, who perform tasks such as trading with the player, expending current buildings or improving existing ones, cultivating crops such as wheat in Norman villages and rice in Indian ones, crafting tools and powerful amulets, etc. As the village expends, the number of villagers increases as couples have children who grow up into new adults.

Help villages grow by trading with them and be rewarded with unique items such as Normand and Indian food or statues and tapestries to decorate your house with. And if they start liking you enough, they might even build you a house of your own.

Millénaire is available in the following languages: French, English, German, Russian, Polish, Spanish, Czech, Swedish, Dutch, Portuguese, Slovenian, Chinese and Arabic (more coming!)

Millénaire Library: Library page

Type of villagers
There are currently seven types of villagers:
Farmers, who grow crops in the fields around their house, and bring the resulting wheat back to their house chest.
Lumbermen, who chop trees, plant new trees with saplings they get from destroying leaves, and gather cider apples from leaves as well. They put the wood and apples they gather in their house chests.
Wives, who have the most complex work: taking resources from their husbands’ work to the various public buildings, making bread from wheat, making cider from cider apples, trading with the player and building new constructions.
Children, born at night, and which grow up to become adults when bread is available and new houses are built.
Guards that patrol the village
Priests that visit the church (and the tavern…)
Smiths, which makes Norman tools in the forge
Expansion of the village

The main “aim” of the villagers is to improve their village. There are six initial villagers, but their number will grow as they have children and build new houses. They can also build new types of buildings and improve existing ones. For this they need building materials: wood, cobblestone, glass and stone. The first they can get themselves, the rest only through trade with the player. A complete village currently includes a bakery, a tavern, a church, fountains, a presbytery, a guard tower and an (ugly) castle, plus custom buildings if advanced.

Trade with the player
There are three locations at which the player can trade with the villagers: their Town Hall, the bakery and the tavern (when built):

Town Hall (present at start): you can sell wood, stone, cobblestone, iron and glass (plus extra blocks at time). Payment made in deniers, a special item. You can also buy wood there, and the “village wand”.
Bakery (when built, requires only wood, so normally they can do it without help): buy bread.
Tavern (when built, requires glass, so only after you’ve sold enough to the villagers): buy cider and in upgrade taverns calva. Cider and calva can be used multiple times and give back health.
To trade, go to one of the locations in question and stand near the chests. If no woman is around one will arrive shortly. Right-click on her to bring up the trade screen.

Hold the left shift key while clicking on a trade good in the trade screen to trade 8 by 8 or the left control key to trade 64 by 64.

Finding a village
Since 0.1.4, the easiest way to find a village is to press the V key. If a village is nearby, it will display its name, the distance to it and the general direction. Most new worlds should have villages near the spawn point. If you can’t find one at all, check in the world with the seed b. If there are none there, there is an issue with the mod install.

Creating a new village: the Village Wand
With enough deniers, you can buy a “village wand” from the Town Hall of a village. When used on a obsidian block, it will attempt to generate a new village around the block. Warning: using a village wand is dangerous, as the village can end up being built on top of you, killing you if the ground level goes up. Don’t use it you can’t afford a respawn…

GLSL Shaders Mod

There are very few Minecraft mods that stand out from the other, however even the mods that do can be topped by even more extraordinary ones. Very few Minecraft mod will continually be loathed forever by the entire user/player community of minecraft, and when this happens; the mod itself will continue to grow player, and feature wise. The GLSL Shaders mod for Minecraft it not only possibly one of the most unique, and extraordinary mods of all time; but it is also perhaps a very long awaited, fully developed, and well created mod in which implements spectacular shading and environmental animations to your game of Minecraft. The mod itself, developed by a very unique creator; has been developed to implement an original and beautiful looking shader into the game. The shader itself introduces a different type of lighting the game, initially enhancing the default brightness, before darkening the Shadows to create a wonderful effect.

The GLSL shaders Minecraft mods is very GPU intensive, and requires a very decent computer to run it well. It is advised that the user be smart when choosing to install, and use this mod. A large amount of FPS (Frame-Rate per second) will be used in the entire process of using the mod. Thankfully, the developer of the mod has released different versions, some with different FPS usage. Even so, the mod will still undoubtedly cause a large amount of lag, this will become a large problem for those of whom do not have a computer in which can run such a mod. If you are unsure of your FPS with or without the mod installed, simply log into your world in Minecraft, and press the F3 button on your keyboard. This will bring up a screen, covered with details and lines of different information The FPS counter is located on the top left of this screen layout, easily labelled and easy to understand. To close this layout, simply press the F3 button once more.
This is modified version of daxnitro’s GLSL Shaders mod, updated for newer Minecraft version since 1.4.2.
There are some added features.

Mods Extra Dimensional 1.6.4

This mod was created because I've never really wanted to go to the Nether or End on my own accord before. I wanted to spice them up a little bit, so I made a mod that adds more mobs, ores, blocks, tools and armor to the dimensions.
Version 1.0.7
Added the mini-boss into the Nether, updated to 1.6.4, added a new way to get the Nether Star (has to do with the mini-boss), and changed the GUI of the Materializer and the Soul Furnace, including their names being displayed properly.

Installing Forge:
1. Look for the latest recommended forge build for 1.6.2 here.2. Click the download link to the right that says Installer.3. Save the installer and run it.4. Install client should already be selected, so click install.5. When it finishes, go to your windows search bar and type in %appdata%6. You should then see a folder called .minecraft. Click on it.7. go to the versions folder in .minecraft that should have a folder in it that says Forge and a bunch of numbers.8. Create a new folder in the versions folder and name it whatever you want.9. Go inside of the Forge folder and copy the jar file and the json file.10. Go inside of the folder you created and paste the jar and the json inside.11. Rename the jar and the json to exactly what you named your new folder.12. Open the json file with a program like notepad or a .txt reader, and you should see a couple sets of quotation marks.13. In the second set, (the ones that should say Forge-blahblahblah inside of them) write the exact name of the folder that you created inside of them and erase the Forge part.14. Go to the launcher. Under the profiles section there should be a button that says "New Profile". Click it.15. Put whatever profile name you want to in the "Profile Name" part.16. In the "Use Version" bar, click the down arrow and you should see an option that says "release" whatever you named your new folder in .minecraft's version folder.17. Select that version, click done, and run your Minecraft while using the profile you just created. When it loads, you know you now have Forge. Yay.

Installing My Mods With Forge:
This is for people that already have Forge installed that want to install other mods.1. Click the download link for my mod on this forum, and it should send you to a dropbox site.2. Click "Download" under the dropbox file.3. Go to your .minecraft file at %appdata%.4. If you don't have a mods folder inside of your .minecraft, make one and open it.5. Drag, NOT extract, but drag and drop my file unopened into your mods folder.6. Go to the Minecraft launcher and play under your installed Forge profile.7. The mod should work! Have fun and be sure to give it feedback on the forums!

Minecraft mods 1.6.4 BigTrees

Some time ago I downloaded the Minecraft Coder Pack and monkeyed with the Minecraft code, mostly altering the tree generator to make the trees much bigger. Eventually I decided to make public my little project, now known as the "BigTrees" mod. The purpose of the mod is to create immersive forest environments, inspired by forests I have been to, yet modeled to suit the Minecraft universe. I gladly accept any opinions you might have, and hope to continue updating the mod with new features, though very slowly.

Apparently have you ever felt that minecraft’s jungles are abit too small? If so then this mod belongs to you. You probably have an idea of making a treehouse before in minecraft but again with those trees you aren’t able to make one which is perfect. I believe this mod will make your dream of making tree-houses come true! BigTree Mod will make your tree bigger and in fact will grow even more! If I were to give this mod a tree match then the only tree that will stand a chance is the tree in HarryPotter (The one that tried to swallow them).

Adds several large tree types using vanilla blocktypes.
Sections of the forest biome are populated by either wide trees or tall narrow trees.
- Wide trees: Great Oak, Thick Pine, and Block Oak.
- Tall trees: Post Oak
Parts of the forest biome still predominately feature the normal small trees.
The small swamp trees are accompanied by big trees.
- Great Swamp Oak, Cyprus, and Hat Trees.
There are big dead trees in the desert.
There are large pines in some regions of the taiga.
Vanilla birch and pine trees are taller.
Huge jungle trees have more, longer branches.
Roots! They sometimes find their way into near-surface caves or off of cliff edges.
There's a configuration file now. (kbigtrees.txt) Posted Image
Planting saplings and placing wood blocks controls the type of tree that grows. (See Tree Growth Guide below.)

Installation
 • Backup minecraft and any saves you don't want corrupted. (Suggested)
 • Start with a fresh, new installation of Minecraft. (May not be necessary.)
 • Open minecraft.jar and the BigTrees zip file with an appropriate archiver.
 • Copy all *.class files directly from BigTrees zip to minecraft.jar.
 • Delete the folder "META-INF" in minecraft.jar.
If you want to be able to change the configuration, copy kbigtrees.txt to the '.minecraft' folder.
 • Play Minecraft!
(Installing the server version to minecraft-server.jar is similar, only do not delete META-INF.)
(For the server version, copy 'kbigtrees.txt' to the folder minecraft-server.jar is in.)

Minecraft mods 1.6.4 Smoke Monster

Have you ever wanted a giant column of black smoke added to Minecraft? Me neither. But I added one anyways! This Smoke Monster just happens to be from the show Lost. This mod also has items of Darkness then Redness then Whiteness (Tobuscus reference).

The Smoke Monster is, as you could have guessed, a giant monster made out of smoke. The Smoke Monster only lives in his own jungle biome (creatively called the Smoke Monster Biome) and cannot leave it. Anywhere from 0 to infinity Smoke Monsters can spawn in a Smoke Monster Biome, depending on the size of the biome. Where a Smoke Monster spawns a pool will form with a glowing stone in the middle, called the Heart of the Island. A Smoke Monster cannot be killed until its specific Heart of the Island is destroyed. They always spawn on the surface, just to make finding them easier. Throughout a Smoke Monster Biome are trees called Banyan trees. Going into a Banyan tree will make a Smoke Monster stop following you and go find a new target. A Smoke Monster will drop 3 Centers of Darkness, 2 of which can be used to make a Sword of Darkness, with the last one being able to be smelted into 3 Centers of Redness, which can be used to make a Pickaxe of Redness. Destroying the Heart of the Island with an iron pickaxe or better will grant you a Center of Whiteness, which can be crafted into an Apple of Whiteness. Descriptions of all the items are below.

These are just materials used to craft the Sword of Darkness, Pickaxe of Redness, and Apple of Whiteness.
Sword of Darkness

This sword does 15 base damage. It also adds a few potion effects when hitting a mob/person. These are blindness, weakness, and slowness, all of which are level 5 and last 30 seconds.

Pickaxe of Redness

This pickaxe on its own is only as strong as a diamond pickaxe. When you craft it though, it adds on some enchantments. These are efficiency, fortune, and unbreaking all level 100. This pickaxe is so good that it just might kill you. Literally. It mines so fast that if you are digging down then you will destroy blocks under you before you touch them, causing you to take massive fall damage when you stop.

Apple of Whiteness

This is a golden apple on steroids. When eaten, it gives you regeneration 10 and absorption 24 for five minutes. The absorption give you an extra 50 hearts!
